Where can I park for the show?

When do the doors open?

The front doors to the building open approximately one hour before curtain time and the doors to the seating open approximately one-half hour before curtain time. As a courtesy to performers and audience members, latecomers will not be seated until a suitable pause in the performance.

I need special seating and access to the Auditorium—how do I make these arrangements?

Wheelchair accessible seating is ample and usually available in all price levels. For any special seating arrangements (accessible seating, aisle transfer seats, etc.) please call the Box Office at (812) 855-1103.

Where is lost and found?

Items are held at the coat check during performances. Following the performances, items may be claimed at the IU Auditorium reception desk Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call (812) 855-9529.

Are food and beverages served at the Auditorium?

Refreshments are available prior to the performance and during intermission and may be taken into the seating area for most events. Beer and wine are available for purchase for most events.

May I take pictures at the show?

Cameras and recording devices are generally not permitted at events. Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be silenced or turned off. We also request that guests refrain from text messaging during events as it is distracting to fellow audience members.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my infant?

All patrons of IU Auditorium, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission, including infants and children.
