Any student ticket holder who fails to present a valid student ID will be required to upgrade their ticket to the adult price by paying the difference at the box office.
Event On-Sales and Lotteries
For event on-sales, IU Auditorium may hold a lottery for positions in the sales line.
IU Auditorium staff will distribute lottery tickets approximately one hour before the event is scheduled to go on sale to determine customers' places in line, and the lottery will close 30 minutes in advance of the on-sale time. There is no need to arrive at IU Auditorium earlier than one hour before the scheduled on-sale time.
Those arriving less than 30 minutes before the on-sale time will line up in the order in which they arrive.
Third Party Ticket Sellers
IU Auditorium cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased unless they are purchased through our box office, IUauditorium.com, or Ticketmaster.
IU Auditorium prides itself on offering a diverse selection of arts and entertainment. Not all productions may appeal to or be appropriate for every person or for all ages and, therefore, patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with shows in order to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.
If at any time you have any questions about content or themes, please contact the Auditorium Box Office at (812) 855-1103.

Everyone must have a ticket including infants carried in arms.
