Loyalty Points Members

If you are a Loyalty Points member, you have first access to events and seats according to your assigned June 13–23 timeslot that you have or will receive via letter and email from IU Auditorium.

New Subscribers

You have access to purchase events and select your seats beginning June 26 at any time.

Pre-Order Buyers

Pre-orders for single tickets at subscriber prices (savings of up to 15% on most shows) will be accepted online July 31–August 13 before single tickets go on sale to the general public on August 14. Pre-order buyers are those ordering four or fewer event titles.

1. At the appointed time (see above under "When can I order my 2023–2024 season tickets?"), Loyalty Points members click here starting June 13 and new subscribers click here starting June 26, and either create a new account or log on using the email address associated with your IU Auditorium ticket account to begin purchasing your ticket.

2. Season ticket buyers will be directed to a screen listing the entire 2023–2024 season. At this screen, select the first of your events you wish to attend. Select the tickets you wish to purchase from the seat map, and choose adult, IUB student, or child for each ticket. Once you’ve made your selection for that event, click “add to cart.” You have purchased tickets to your first event of your subscription for the season.

3. Click “Buy Tickets” to return to the list of season events and repeat the same process of step 2 for your remaining events on your season. (To be considered a subscriber and to begin or continue to earn subscriber Loyalty Points, you will need to purchase five or more event titles.)

4. Once you’ve selected your tickets to all the events you wish to attend, click “Checkout.” choose your ticket delivery method, your payment method, and complete your purchase. Once you’ve made your payment, you officially have tickets to the 2023–2024 season! You’ll then receive a confirmation email with details on your ticket purchase. You can always log back in to your account to exchange shows or seats if you change your mind later.

Our subscribers have the opportunity to select their own seats! Loyalty Points members and new subscribers will be able to place their orders and select their seats before tickets go on sale to the general public. This process is explained above.

Subscribers to the 2023–2024 season will receive up to 15% in savings off single ticket prices on most shows. Prices in this brochure are subject to change once single tickets go on sale to the general public. Subscribing locks in your prices for all the events you order as part of your subscription.

New subscribers will select and purchase seats immediately following orders by patrons with Loyalty Points and before the general public—getting you even closer to the performances you love.

If you find yourself unable to make a performance, you may exchange your tickets up to 48 hours in advance for any other season event. (If the newly selected performance is of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference in price.) You can exchange your tickets online, in-person, or over the phone.

You’ll receive Loyalty Points for your new or continuing subscription that will go toward improving your seats for future seasons!

You may select to only pay 50% of the cost of your order at time of purchase and be billed the remainder in August! (Additional fees apply)

All purchases and seat selection will be made exclusively online to give you the first chance to select your own seats for the shows you want to see.

Prices for season events are subject to change, but purchasing your seats during the pre-order period locks in your prices for all the shows and gives you up to 15% in savings off single ticket prices on most shows when you order during the special pre-order period of July 31–August 13.

Season pre-order ticket buyers will purchase and select their seats before they go on sale to the general public—giving you access to better seats.
