BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana University Auditorium proudly invites audiences to an unforgettable night of vibrant Mexican musical tradition with Mariachi Herencia de México on Thursday, February 19 at 7:30 p.m. This electrifying performance celebrates the rich legacy and evolving future of mariachi music, offering a cultural experience that honors the past while embracing bold contemporary artistry.
Hailing from a vibrant bicultural lineage, Mariachi Herencia de México is comprised of 14 exceptionally talented musicians who represent a new generation of mariachi performers. Their dynamic repertoire pushes the boundaries of traditional mariachi music while preserving its historic roots in Guadalajara, Mexico City, and beyond.
