Blue Group Returns to Bloomington with New Show BLUEVOLUTION February 4 and 5
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Blue Man Group is coming back to IU Auditorium with their highly-anticipated global smash hit Bluevolution North American Tour on February 4 and 5 at 7:30 p.m. These shows will also feature IU Auditorium’s annual Kids Night on Broadway event with activities for all ages available to ticket holders before the show starts.
With the tour kicking off this month, audiences will rock, laugh and party as three bald and blue characters explore the world and discover music, comedy and surprises at every turn.
The beloved production will continue to showcase classic Blue Man favorites along with brand new content including the addition of a new character exclusive to this tour. The “Rockstar” is a dynamic multi-instrumentalist with striking blue hair who will join the Blue Men in creating a multi-sensory experience fans can remember for years to come. Featuring pulsing, original music, custom-made instruments, surprise audience interactions and hilarious absurdity, showgoers will join the Blue Men in a joyful experience that unites audiences of all ages.

The tour showcases over three decades of creative evolution, with the iconic trio continuing their legacy as innovators of experimental performance while consistently delivering their signature blend of musical innovation, visual spectacle, and spontaneous humor that has captivated millions of fans worldwide.
Kids Night on Broadway
In addition to the performance, Blue Man Group will be IU Auditorium’s annual Kids Night on Broadway celebration for the 2025–2026 season. IU Auditorium will provide fun and creative educational activities for all ages to enjoy preceding each show when doors open for both performances starting at 6:30 p.m. This is free to anyone with a ticket to the performances.
Give the Magic
Each year, IU Auditorium’s Circle of Friends provides tickets to underserved individuals in our community to access world-class performances and special activities with the Give the Magic program. This year’s Give the Magic participants will experience Blue Man Group free of charge and have the opportunity to enjoy Kids Night on Broadway.
IU Auditorium’s Give the Magic program has also recently expanded to include other season performances throughout the year. In 2024–2025, over 1,500 Give the Magic tickets were distributed to local community agencies and schools and hopes are this year to surpass that total by season’s end.
