For more than a decade, students have marked their entrance into the Kelley School of Business by participating in the Induction Ceremony. The Kelley Induction is a tradition that welcomes newly admitted students to the Kelley School. Many students (and their parents) recall the Kelley Induction Ceremony as a hallmark of the undergraduate experience.
