Community Engagement Committee
Formed in 2009 by the student managers and volunteers of IU Auditorium, the Community Engagement Committee (CEC) coordinates activities and projects that benefit the local and larger communities in a multitude of ways.
Here are just a few of the organizations CEC has helped:
- Hoosier Hills Food Bank
- Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
- Teacher’s Warehouse
- Big Brothers Big Sisters
Any student who volunteers at or is employed by IU Auditorium may get involved with the CEC. The CEC holds monthly meetings where volunteer and manager representatives coordinate new projects and activities in which the student group at large may participate.
