Open Air Venue Request
Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at one of our Open Air Venues!
Reservations can now be made for all three Open Air Venues locations including Dunn Meadow, HLS South Lawn and Kinsey Hollow. If you anticipate 50 or more people in attendance, you must also fill out the Event & Conference Request Form.
If you have already submitted this form and received approval, you may attach it to this form. If you have not yet done so, please note that no dates will be confirmed for events anticipating 50 or more people in attendance until you have a confirmation email with approval from the University Event Request Committee.
