Open Air Venue Request
Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at one of our Open Air Venues!
All events in the Performance Hub locations (16th and Fess Greenspace, Kinsey Hollow, HLS South Lawn, Dunn Meadow, and Prebys Amphitheater) require approval by the University Event Request Committee via the Fall 2020 Event & Conference Request Form. If you anticipate 25 or more people in attendance at any of the Campus Corner locations (Woodburn Clock, Eskenazi Museum Northwest Corner, Metz Carillon, Owen Hall, Law and Fee Hilltop, 7th and Jordan Lawn, and IMU Jordan River), you must also fill out the Fall 2020 Event & Conference Request Form.
If you have already submitted this form and received approval, you may attach it to this form. If you have not yet done so, please note that no dates will be confirmed for either the Performance Hub locations or events anticipating 25 or more people in attendance at the Campus Corner locations until you have a confirmation email with approval from the University Event Request Committee.
