Art Across the Américas
Twelve students from Bloomington’s elementary, middle, and high schools will be traveling on a cultural exchange trip to a small town in Guatemala. This Mayan community, San Juan la Laguna, is surrounded by a rich artistic heritage and a flourishing Mayan culture. The students are going to design and paint a mural with their Guatemalan peers for two weeks in June of 2008. In the summer of 2009, students from San Juan will come to Bloomington to complete the cross-cultural exchange.

The Tudor Room will offer its delicious Broadway buffet dinner this season before each of your favorite IU Auditorium shows. Each unique dinner is masterfully prepared by the Tudor Room Head Chef to compliment the spirit of that evening’s Auditorium performance. Check online for the buffet menus and schedule updates at imu.indiana.edu. Use our preseason order form at the back of the season brochure to secure your table at the Tudor Room in advance. All buffet patrons receive complimentary parking in the IMU pay lots for the entire evening!
