Saturday & Sunday: Closed
The Auditorium Box Office is also open 3 hours prior to the start of any ticketed event at IU Auditorium. The box office is closed on national holidays, the week of IU spring break and during the IU winter break.

Driving Directions:
IU Auditorium is located on the campus of Indiana University, Bloomington. From Indianapolis, take Highway 37 south to College and continue on south to 7th Street. Turn left (East) on 7th Street and follow it to campus. IU Auditorium is at the dead-end of 7th Street directly behind Showalter Fountain.

Internet Orders:

Ticket Exchanges:
Tickets to IU Auditorium Season events may be exchanged during box office hours, up to 48 hours prior to the first event. Exchanges are subject to a $3 per ticket exchange fee (Auditorium subscribers will have fee waived). No exchanges may occur within 48 hours of any event, and exchanges must be performed at the Auditorium box office. For additional information, call (812) 855-1103.
Will Call:
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office after 2:00 PM on the day of the event. Customers must present the actual credit card used for the order, a picture ID, and the confirmation number.
Student Discount Policy:
Student Priced tickets to IU Auditorium events are available only to registered students of IU Bloomington. We are able to provide this discount due to funding from the IUB Student Activity Fee. A student ID is not required to purchase student tickets (anyone may purchase as many student priced tickets as they like), but a valid IUB Student ID must be presented at the door when entering an event with a student priced ticket. Any student ticket holder who fails to present an ID must "upgrade" their ticket to a general public ticket by paying the difference at the box office.
Event On-Sales and Lotteries:
It is the practice of the IU Auditorium to hold a lottery for positions in the sales line for most on-sale events, in accordance with the practices of Ticketmaster and similar venues. In order to participate in the lottery, ticket buyers must arrive at the box office at least 30 minutes in advance of the announced on-sale time. No line will be recognized prior to one hour before the announced on-sale time.

Cameras & Recorders:
Cameras and recording devices are generally not permitted at events.
Infants & Small Children:
Everyone must have a ticket including infants carried in arms. Please note that most events at IU Auditorium are not appropriate for pre-school age children.
Accessible Seating Arrangements:
Wheelchair accessible seating is ample and usually available in all price levels. For any special seating arrangements (accessible seating, aisle transfer seats ,etc.) please call the box office at: (812) 855-1103.
Food & Drink:
Customers are not permitted to bring food & drinks into the facility. Soft drinks, juice, coffee, and candy are available for sale in the lobby and may be taken into the seating area for most events.
The IU Auditorium has a full-service Ticketmaster box office to support ticketed events. Our professional staff will guide you through the ticketing process, from important decisions such as ticket prices and scaling of the house to final reconciliation.

Regular box office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and three hours before starting time on days of events. We are closed during winter and spring breaks and all university-recognized holidays.
